Dreadful returns policies

I own several other pairs of molecule shorts & trousers bought direct & from other dealers. Always bought size L & they have been perfect! Bought these Featherweights in Black, ordered size L & when they arrived I was excited as I was about to go to Sri Lanka for work & they would have been perfect! No! These are tooo small by a long way! Wrote to customer service at Molecule & Linda told me to buy another pair in a bigger size with a 20% discount!! If I return the pair that arrived, then I pay £16.00 postage plus £20.00 handling fee! So no rights of customer purchase here! I have returned them & paid £16.00 & would expect any normal business to replace with a larger size! Apparently it’s up to me to know that the Featherweight range carries different sizing to any other range in the Molecule clothing brand!!! I am seriously not happy! The I formation relating to sizes being different was definitely not clear & after being so happy with my other purchases (daily wear clothes) I am appalled at their policies ! Their are defined rights for purchasers & these unworn taken out of the packet for 5 mins do not fit! I expect Molecule to do the right thing! Very poor so far!
